Subtracting a Whole Dollar Amount from Bills Worksheet Download

This worksheet shows a group of one, five, ten and twenty dollar bills and asks how much would be left after a whole dollar amount is taken away. It is the two-step form of counting bills: students have to total the bills first and then subtract, so a slip in either step shows up in the answer. The amount taken away is always less than the total shown, so the answer is never negative. It uses the same bill artwork as the counting sheet it is built from, so the two look like a matched pair.
