Each worksheet has 6 problems choosing which of four lists shows all of the possible outcomes.
The other worksheets on this standard judge one member of the sample space at a time - is this pairing on the tree, is this event possible, which single outcome is missing. A student can get through all of them by checking one pair against one picture. Being handed four whole lists and asked which one is the sample space is the only form where the set has to be judged as a set. Each wrong list is a named way of getting it wrong: one outcome left out, one outcome left out and another written twice so the count still looks right, and one outcome replaced by a pairing that uses something offered by neither choice. All four lists are in the same systematic order, so no list can be dismissed for looking untidy. Sheets can be customized, turned into flash cards, or assigned for online learning.
