This worksheet gives a sum of two products that share a factor, such as four times eight plus four times three, and asks which expression is equivalent. The four choices are the four ways of arranging two operators over the same three numbers, which is what makes the question work - every choice uses the same numbers in the same order and differs only in which sign sits where, so nothing can be matched by digits.
