Finding 1,000 More than a Score Worksheet Download

This worksheet states one person's best figure in the sentence and shows a second person's three figures in a table. Sometimes the question asks about the person named in the sentence, so the table is a distractor; other times it asks about the person whose figures are tabled, so the student has to find the highest of the three first. Either way the number has to be located before 100 or 1,000 is added. The problems move between video game scores, steps walked, tickets sold and cans collected, and both people's numbers sit in the same range so neither stands out by size.
