Each worksheet has 2 problems working out four values from clues and choosing the pictograph that shows them.
This worksheet asks children to work out four values from a set of clues and then pick the pictograph that shows them. Two of the clues cannot simply be read - one gives a value as so many more than another person, and one gives a combined total that has to be broken apart - so the data has to be worked out before a single picture can be drawn. Each wrong choice reflects a specific mistake: ignoring the key and drawing one picture per item, using a combined total in place of one part, or missing the comparison. Sheets can be customized, turned into flash cards, or assigned for online learning.
